And a very happy New Moon (in Virgo!) to you this upcoming week.
This week, I’d love to share with you a simple way to shift back into gratitude when you just aren’t feeling it… so that you can continue to call in everything you desire.
On Saturday morning, I woke up feeling scattered. Annoyed. Pissed off at everything. Honestly, I was just plain angry and there’s really no other way to explain it!
And any time I thought about what I needed to ‘do’ to shift my current state - aka meditate, get out in nature, simply enjoy my damn morning cup of cacao - it would just infuriate me even more.
So what did I do?
To be perfectly honest, I angry cried while I made a pot of frothy cacao, and vented to my beautiful husband (bless his soul 😅) about all of the things I was angry about.
Almost as soon as I was done venting, I finally felt clear enough to realize my body was craaaaving a bath.
A few drops of frankincense and a good long bath later, there it was again:
My ability to feel connected to my biggest of dreams and deepest of desires.
Of course, right? There I was, angry about the fact that I was angry but didn’t want to be… and all I had to do was own it.
So for this month’s New Moon, here’s my tip for calling in all that you desire:
Let yourself be in the sh*tty feelings first (if they’re there!). Because when we try to bypass these feelings, it’s damn near impossible to connect to our deepest and most true desires.
And if you’re not feeling the sh*tty, sticky, ‘I’d rather not be feeling these right now’ kind of feelings…

🌱 What is one thing I commit to doing, so that my desires come to fruition?
